Vanessa has over 15 years of experience working in finance and operations management. During her career she has enjoyed positions in the hospitality, solar energy, land reclamation, non-profit, and insurance industries. No matter the industry, she is passionate about optimizing processes, developing strategies, and enhancing performance within cross-functional teams. She recently finished her Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Minnesota and is working on completing her minor in Construction Management.

Originally from the West Coast, Vanessa moved to Minnesota in 2021 for a change of pace and to explore a new career path. In her spare time, she enjoys reading literary fiction, traveling, roller skating with her son, and discovering new restaurants around the Twin Cities.
