Beth Claseman

Director of People & Culture

Beth strongly believes that human talent is a company’s greatest asset. She is rooted in aligning business strategy and employee strengths to help create an incredibly powerful organization. Employee experience is impacted by many facets and Beth enjoys understanding and shaping culture to reflect an organization’s values.

Before joining Coen+Partners, Beth worked in the medical device start-up space for over 14 years, both domestically and globally. This background afforded her experiences in global work cultures, leadership, and business acumen by working alongside influential business leaders around the world. She also spent three years in the home-building industry—experience which introduced Beth to building project management (BIM).

Advancing the Human Resources function as a critical part of an organizations success is something she is passionate about and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) where is holds a SHRM (Senior Certified Professional Certificate). Beth also participates in local SHRM chapter activities.

Overall wellbeing is critical to one’s ability to enjoy life and she likes to take that approach both personally and professionally. Beth enjoys experiencing other cultures through travel, music, and food—through both eating and cooking. She loves hiking, vacationing, and bike riding with her family. Beth loves to dance, spend time with horses, and practicing and instructing yoga.
