Abdarraouf graduated from Kin Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with a Bachelor of Architecture. Abdarraouf has always been interested in urban design and landscape during his studies. During his studies, he worked as an intern for several firms in the field of urban design and planning. The projects varied in scale in regional planning, urban design, landscape, and architectural projects. After graduation, he continued on as an urban design consultant where Abdarraouf could embrace his design skills and develop uniquely built environments.

After seeing the significant impact of the urban design and landscape on human existence, Abdarraouf became committed to giving back to the community and plans to serve professionally in a capacity that will allow him to improve the quality of life of others.

Abdarraouf grew up in Saudi Arabia and considers himself a cycling advocate. He enjoys exploring cities through bicycle rides as well as water sports—especially windsurfing.
