Thomas is passionate about working to create landscapes that foster community, invigorate towns and cities, and evoke cultural memory. He believes that our shared landscape plays a critical role in shaping our experience of place, in part shaping who we become. In his many years of practice, Thomas has learned that the foundation of good design is meaningful collaboration.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Spring Hill College as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and Master of Landscape Architecture from Auburn University. Following graduation, Thomas moved to the East Coast to work for a large internationally renowned design firm where he worked on several award-winning public realm projects all over the US.
Thomas enjoys traveling with his family and spending as much time on the water or in the woods as possible.
